01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FulizaLimit's website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold an active M-Pesa account to use FulizaLimit. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to link the M-Pesa number you submit.
03Description of the Service
FulizaLimit reviews information you provide — such as M-Pesa activity patterns, repayment history, and account details — to generate an estimated eligibility score and practical steps toward a higher Fuliza limit.
- Our reports are estimates and guidance only, based on publicly known Fuliza criteria and the information you provide.
- We do not have access to your actual Safaricom credit file and cannot guarantee any specific limit outcome.
- Final Fuliza limit decisions are made solely by Safaricom, according to its own criteria and discretion.
04Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fulizalimit.co.ke if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN. Do not share it with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent FulizaLimit.
05Subscriptions and Payments
FulizaLimit offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Business subscriptions as described on our Subscription page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are non-refundable except where required by law.
06Acceptable Use
When using FulizaLimit, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information in your eligibility check or profile.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud against Safaricom or any third party.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
07No Guarantee of Limit Increase
FulizaLimit provides guidance based on publicly available Fuliza eligibility criteria. We do not control, influence, or guarantee any decision made by Safaricom regarding your Fuliza limit. Any figures shown in your dashboard, including the "estimated Fuliza limit," are illustrative estimates, not a promise of an actual limit increase.
08Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software associated with FulizaLimit — excluding the Fuliza and M-Pesa trademarks, which belong to Safaricom PLC — are the property of FulizaLimit or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FulizaLimit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any Fuliza limit decision made by Safaricom. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
